Some landlords too can be very useless. A long time ago, I once rented a flat and spent over 400k on renovation. The landlord never said any words of appreciation or even acknowledged the work I did. Since then, I stopped spending a dime on properties not belonging to me.

I learnt a very bitter lesson years back never to renovate rented apartments for landlords. The lesson was so painful that I still feel hurt till date considering the amount I spent in renovating it.

Now highest I do is to spend money on internal painting. I prefer buying movable things that can add beauty to the house and I can equally sell in the future than wasting it for someone's house. E.g instead of tiling the house/shop, I would rather buy beautiful and well designed Rug. With this, I can sell the Rug whenever I'm moving out from the house... Things like that

My question is how long do I need to leave it before I put it ON?

Just allow the gas in the compressor to settle down. 1hr to 2hrs thereabout

That few bundles of cables in that pic worth more than 300k.

One of our customers gave his client wiring quotation for his duplex and other rented apartments just last month. The client was hoping that the price will come down as his friend told him.

This month, the same quotation has increased with over 400k. And he must buy it this week cos he needs to move into the house as soon as possible.

My brother gave his very neat and sound 07 Honda civic to a guy that was referred to him. You won't believe that barely 2 months, this guy almost turn a new car into scrap. He spent almost 200k to fix it.

If you are ready to deposit a refundable 100k for damages, the you can come for the car.

Note: you will only drop the 100k the very moment the car keys will be handed over to you. You will come inspect the car, if you are okay with the car and terms, you car proceed to drop the REFUNDABLE 100k. You can always ask for your money anytime you want to terminate the contract.

What's the difference/advantage of glass over stainless steel?

The main reason why you should opt for Glass top over stainless top cooker is that, while stainless top cooker rust and get stain easily. Glass top on the other hand does not get rust and if stained, you can easily clean the glass surface with water. Reason why glass top is more expensive than stainless.

Note that the burner is of two types (Also applicable to glass top). One is removable while the other is fixed. Always buy the one with removable burner. Because the fixed burner get rust easily and decay....the removable burner can be remove and clean/watch.
