Russia Russia is the cheapest place to study abroad Undergraduate Programmes- (Range from $2000-$5,000)_per semester Masters Programme- (Range from $4000-$5500) PGd- (Ranges from $3500-5500) Phd- (Ranges from $4000-$5500) 2. UK Undergraduate Programme- (Ranges from $3500-$6000) Masters Programmes- (Ranges from $5000-$8000) PGd- (Ranges from $5000-$6500) Phd- (Ranges from $5500-$8000) The two countries are the cheapest (tuition-fee) places to study in the whole world. They receive students very well, work and study option is available there, also scholarship opportunities. The lesser the course, the lesser the cost. Remember, prices vary in different universities. You all can add other countries you know of for cheap study.
