Hello VO,

I am a Nigerian and medical house officer in ghana (equivalent to housemanship in Nigeria). And I was refused a b1/b2 visa in ghana, I got the impression that I needed to apply from my country of residence. How soon can I re-apply in Lagos or abuja? Do I need to wait for 90 days? I will like to travel at the end of august for pleasure. Can I get an expedited interview? Is there someone I can contact about this? Thanks
