Guys see me see trouble oh...There is this buyer that asked me to send emails to some vendors, after I went through a lot of stress to extract the emails from about 70 vendos to send. Only for him to tell me he isnt getting responses from the vendors and he wants a refund. How that one take concern me abeg...guys help me out....its a $25 order.

Ask him to show you evidence. That the vendor's didn't receive the mails you sent

you have to be careful, any deal outside fiverr usually risky, just be wise... Apply pay before service or pay half after service pay remaining, another thing is Where's the buyer from, avoid India, Pakistan, China. They are crooks. Payment option paypal, payoneer I dunno about any other.

Your charges are high for a starter, please reduce it, when you have gotten some sales you can then increase it back... Reason is this the same thing you offering another new person is doing more than that for $5. Which buyer no like cheap thing. Also work on ur profile description.

Guy relax its not something difficult:

1. Contact the buyer and check ur right bottom box, u will see create custom order.

2. When u click on it, it will display all the gig stuff u created, meaning its one of them that will label your offer. Just pick the one close to what u are offering, include your fee and also the delivery period.

Of course u input d description of your service.

3. You then send to the buyer, its with this custom order your buyer will place your order. Your price there might be higher or lower that what u put on your gig.

I searched on how to create custom offer, this was what I got:

Hover over your username and click on “My Sales” and then on “Promote Your Business”.
Click on the “Generate Custom Offer” button.
Fill in the requested information.
Click on the “Submit Custom Offer” button.

It happened to me last week... Well I provided all that CS required, including taking a snapshot of myself with my ID... And guess what... I was deported sharp sharp... So bro be ready to dance to the same music.... One advice sha.... Login in with naija IP, your flag should change to naija before reaching CS.. That way you are on the safe side.

I made a deal with someone after making a post that I need someone to handle an animation and I'd pay 10k.
We were already on the job and he was now saying he can't handle the voice over.
From start, I didn't expect him to handle it himself., I expected him to outsource it on Fiverr which I'm sure he will get for 5usd.
I even offered to pay 50% of the v/o cost since we didn't clarify the v/o issue from the beginning...
The guy simply told me he ain't doing anymore...

I gave the job to someone else on Fiverr anyway.

Was just joking... It's has nothing to do with your account... It's a general issue... Ever since their server maintenance, it threw some buyer off... I have two buyers that didn't mark their order complete and haven't been online since then.. Due to that maintenance issue.
