Hello, please I'm late in delivering my order though I try to let my buyer know but he cancel the order then fiverr automatically rate me 1 star review which really affect my account from 100% to 76%, becuase I have contacted the buyer after the cancellation and he said he did not even rate me and anyway he's ready to change the 1star rating if he know how to do that.
So Please what next can I do now

That's strange.... Did the buyer report you.. Another thing is you should contact CS... Usually a cancelled order shouldnt carry a negative rating... How many reviews do you have on ur account... I have had late delivery lately.. But I do psych the buyer that I would deliver late due to one story or the order... Most of them buy my tactics... But what works for me make not work for you... And I don't make delivering Kate an habit.... If I deliver late on one order the next order I deliver within two hours.. That keeps my rating too

Stick to Fiverr and work on your Fiverr earnings.
Going into up work will frustrate you cos you're used to the fairly easy way on Fiverr...
Upwork might frustrate you and you lose interest in both upwork and Fiverr...

I forgot to tell you. There is something called CONNECTS. Connects are what you use to write Proposals. 1st Day of every month, you get 60 connects... You need 2 connects to write each Proposal. I keep late nights with my coffee steady... In trying meet up delivery.. One time I had 4 deliveries, I wan die ... I just lie say I dey heavily pregnant for one buyer that why I delivered late.. The guy drank my zobo well.. With good reviews.

Your gig photos you need to change them cuz I have seen most of them on fiverr, before one craze seller will report you for copy and paste. That ur profile pic you should change it too, you are a Nigerian with a white Arab guy pic, If I'm a buyer I will feel you not genuine. Then your gigs.... You giving 550, 1250, fiverr no be local market where them dey shade tomatoes and pepper. If it's 500 and above you want to offer, use the gig package, it makes ur profile more organised, since you offer 500 words and above in a gig, look for another service to offer with another gig, like the proofread and copyrighting you did. Infact comot that woman wey put hand for head pic , what impression are you giving the buyer, that the work don tire you. Before you set up a gig, look at top sellers in the niche and borrow a leaf from them, I didn't say go and copy verbatim, those sellers no get joy, they don't hesitate to report you if they find out. Why will u give what you don't have... Are u German... You sabi come not to talk of go for German. Two things u can do (1) cancel the order or 2) go to education section, I'm sure you will see those that are willing to translate and I'm sure it's not for free. After that, you better take down that translation gig, or be ready to collect bad reviews.

Work on your about me, remove that "thanks for checking me out"
In 500 words is too small for a starter like you, you need to up the ante to attract buyers, so 1000 - 1500 words would be better. When you have you have reached level 1 then you can revert back to 500 by then you have gathered enough buyer reviews. And I would advise you not to buy reviews, be patient. I got my first order a day after setting up my gig. Also set up like 4 gigs extra. Let the buyers know you mean serious biz and you can deliver.
