Haha i see you lot dragging over the words albasa & wahala. Basl clearly from arabic but wahala is debatable. However wahala is more of Hausa origin by million miles than yoruba. just look at the syllables & structure of the word. Plus it has absolute clear meanings in Hausa (suffering/difficult) unlike how yorubas throw the word in every situation/context which shows it lacks origin in yoruba tongue. Btw im also Hausa

Lol some of you lot said 'garri'. Do you know that 'garri' literally means Powder in Hausa language?

Well as a Hausa person myself its not in anyway a Hausa State. Although the name of the state is clearly of Hausa origin to me.
