Nigeria needs to have a maintenance culture before we build new things. Believe me I love new infrastructure but it's useless if it all falls apart due to neglect. I've never been prouder of the 3rd Mainland Bridge and I think our national structure should be revamped like that first before a project that will last a decade to finish
