When you find yourself with the police shut your mouth and insist on a lawyer before continuing the interrogation and if you must respond to their questions , make sure it's just "yes or no" and nothing else.

He can plead duress or forced confession especially when there was no lawyer as per his Miranda rights. He can claim he wanted a lawyer but was denied. But thunder fire am shaa.
