1. He is the minister of state and not a full minister. Buhari is the minister for petroleum.

2. Even if he were a full minister, no full minister has the power to sack NNPC MD cos NNPC MDs are strictly presidential appointees and not the appointee of the minister.

Besides, if we go by your logic, roughly 50% of the people who make up the federal government are Christians.
