To which state and local government will this illegal immigrant be assigned to??

Granting Citizenship to any foreigner legally or illegally, is a way way long process but for us in Nigeria, we are always on the wrong footage of being our brothers keeper.

This administration and their intent is never void of secrecy. Time shall tell, the Northern politics is running out of ideas and may cause the whole country to go the way of the Soviet Union ( USSR).
