i just measured my photocard and it is not upto d 3.5 x 5inches size stated, but it's larger than a passport. What should i do?

For my alternate I know guys who can help u get it @ KD but if that doesn't give u a guarantee u guys can use these website thepassedu.com the questions are compiled from 2000-2014 although some of the year are blank when u select but it manageable.
