Can npc attestation suffice for this instead of original birth certificate

If you were born before December 13, 1992, the embassy requires age declaration, and birth attestation from NPC, plus your original birth certificate if available.

If you were born after December 13, 1992, the embassy accepts NPC birth certificate, if you were registered before age 18, otherwise, age declaration and your original birth certificate.

You must go to the embassy with your affidavit:
1. If you were born before December 13,1992.
2. If you were born after 1992 and your birth wasn't registered before age 18.

I am facing the same challenges . please I would like to ask. A question
I was born after 1992 but I registered my NPC after I was 18 years
Will getting an NPC attestation suffice as a certified copy of local birth register extract based in first registration
Or do I have to get one from my local government
Please help me

They wrote people who were born before 1992 should make affidavit. People who were born after 1992 and their birth certificate was registered after they turned 18 years should still make affidavit. Could you check the date your NPC birth certificate was issued and how old were you as of that year .
