He said that INEC under his watch had introduced reforms such as the use of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members in place of ad-hoc staff, the declaration of election results at polling units, adequate training of staff, the use of electronic voters’ register, which he said, made it difficult for unscrupulous Nigerians to perpetrate electoral fraud.What different does that bring/make?
