Stopping cars on the highway what is the use exactly?

Today being Sunday 22nd of May 2022 I traveled from Lagos 2 Port Harcourt delivering a car for a client, I'm a car dealer and I delivered a Toyota Corolla 2010. I made use of the Lagos Ore Benin Expressway, my journey started exactly 7 a.m. it was a smooth journey because it was a Sunday morning. Then I and driver started seeing the police on the road sadly every time we met a policeman on the road instead of them to ask us for our complete papers all they want is 200 naira they don't care if your papers are complete or not you just have to pay that 200 naira.

I changed a total of N20,000 in units of 200naira and I kept sharing this money to the police on the highway (they will just say oya give us our own).

Then talk about Nigeria custom officers. Those ones will collect nothing less than N5,000 only and they are up to 7standard custom points and we kept spending this money endlessly.

What I see on the highway is high level toll gate, from Lagos to Benin city and this has made travelling privately to be very expensive for us road users. I really wish the government can look into this menace on the road.

I am a married man with 1 child. I love my wife we have been married for 3years but my wife has attitude problem to the point where I have begged her to stop and she refused to change.

I met another lady 4months ago she is single. I did not tell her I am married, we started dating and she loves me. She wants me to marry her. She has all the qualities i need...infact if I was not married I will marry her immediately..(she is innocent). Right now I want her to have a child for me.

When she finds out I am married she will be very heart broken. But I cant let her go I really love her and want her to be mine (when I say I love her, it is real not infatuation)

If I have my way i am ready to have her as a second wife if that is what it boils down to.

I still want that baby and she is ready to give it to me because she believes we are getting married.

What should I do?
