In regards to calling the bank's designated phone number; 07003000000, true, it is not free as you are charged based on your local network rate.
However, the bank has its hotlines in the branches which you can reach us for free.
You can also initiate a live chat via www.diamondbank.com or send emails to complaints@diamondbank.com or enquiries@diamondbank.com and we will be glad to be of assistance to you.

i sent you an email...thanks for ur concern..its almost the fourth month now and i must say diamond bank messed up big time..i doubt if i will ever make use of that unsecured bank ever again

same here...I was having a remaining balance of 2k... so I say make I withdraw my last 1k inside take chop, on getting to d ATM I said I should just check my acct balance(whether miracle fit happen), wat I saw made me to scream JESUS!!!my acct balance was -8,525.00. na so everybody wen dey d ATM post burst laugh even though dem no knw wetin make me shout...I jst carry shame waka commot dere. na from dat day I tell diamond bank bye bye because I fit go deposit money inside dat account make I kon see say dem don deduct d 8,525.00 because with my small sense of accounting any negative sign on ur balance mean say u dey owe... abeg I no get strength to kon dey explain to customer care..
