Visiting the bank is easiest/ most straightforward - just go to the customer reps. If you know your account officer and have engaged the person before you can reach out to them on WhatsApp and send a photo of the request letter (you know the usual dear sir/madam I am writing to request...) and they can start the process for you. But I believe you will still have to go there physically to sign for it and pick up. If you go there just as the bank is opening you can probably be done in an hour. Aibisoye0: 1 Like |
