I believe Tofu is Beske here in south western Nigeria. It's cheese made from soya. It's hawked on the streets.

And Goat cheese can be gotten from Fulanis that sell cow cheese, yoghurt (Fura da nunu). They're Nomad Fulanis and usually have settlements in every city (mostly outskirts).
