On same IGI. I surrendered my life policy (3yrs old without premium default) on Nov 2018 and to date, I have not received my claims too.

I have sent reminders, visited their office repeatedly without any results.

I am persuaded to seek the service of a lawyer, maybe that could help me recover my investment.

Has anyone gone through this route?
