I think they use GSM to control the bomb.... If they call the number connected wit d bomb then it wil explode... if u could recall wen state of emergency was imposed in Borno,yobe and adamawa, the Army shuts down all GSM networks and no bomb blast was experienced in Borno for over 6months because they use GSM... Also service providers should make sure every body has registered HIS/HER SIM with their correct personal information. Pls dnt mind my grammar
