Beans, green vegetables, whole grains. If u can eat beans or its products everyday, u'll see result. Ie either Akara & pap(preferably millet), moimoi, beans itself. Pls 4get about beef 4 now completely. Embrace Titus fish. Fruits ofcos everyday esp watermelon & carrot

Meanwhile, like i explained, I visited cos I thot my tubes wer blocked based on my 1st result,but it turned out it wasn't. so d flushing was neva done on me. But flushing 2 my understanding isn't a separate proceedure, its just dat pressure is applied on d pump 2 push out wateva is blocking d tubes. D gd tin is dat u're viewing wat's happening but wit dis increase in price, u mite spend close to 25k including TP & card(1k). I tink some1 should be able 2 get a credible place here in Abuja 2 do it? Abi?

Its quite difrent frm d usual Hsg wer afta d liquid is passed u wait 4d Xray snapshot. Laparoscopy is a more improved technique. U can google d proceedures sha 4 clearer understanding. I used 1 small garlic, peeled the back/peel n insert into vija. It is good for some infection and it is better to insert at night cos u feel d taste in ur mouth when u insert. Pls don't marsh d garlic. Just put 1 or 2 tiny cut or hole

But since u recide here, u can try Laparoscopy(lap&dye) at Nisa Premier, a more sophisticated but definate technique were an incision will be made on ur navel & an instrument wit a camera is inserted 2 view d womb while a dye solution is passed tru d cervix 2d tubes. U'll be given d video after d proceedure as it is done unda anaesthesia but an outpatient proceedure. Wen I did mine 2012, I paid N120k. Don't know of now. It's usually done by one Dr Ola, a consultant based in d UK. Whichever u decide, confirm d patency of ur tubes 1st den we can take it up frm there. Don't mind who sugested ICSI 4u. Its NOT applicable 4u.
1st tins 1st; inform dh so u don't shut d door of favour against urself. In my case who knows if I ve kept it frm my Dh maybe d result frm VICAS would ve been same wit d 1st. Becos were I did d 1st was also credible; a consultant radiologist 4 over 20yrs wit 44 reference hosp kaduna. I belive God did a miracle 4 me. But weda it was a mistake, its 2d Glory of God 4 exposing & putting d devil 2 shame.

I ve done 2 more elsewer afta dis & got positive results. D name of d hosp is VICAS, off Alkali Rd GRA, kaduna. Its run by one Dr George & wife, an American, very patient 2 hear all ur questions & explains watever is 2b done on u b4 comencing. She can spend an hour wit a patient, u sabi Oyinbo na, just 2b sure u are satisfied. They usually do a SonaHSG which is diffrent frm d ordinary HSG. Here ultrasound is used instead of Xray. As d process is on, u can view ur womb on d screen togeda with d Dr & see wats happening 2 ur tubes. Painless & harmless since its ultrasound & not Xray. I paid N2,500 for d proceedure then. N5k if u wanna flush. 2k for special appt because if u go there later dan 6am, u'll mistaken it 4 a political rally . Exagerated but really, d crowd can discourage u. U can call d Dr on 08076914565. Don't mind d price, it is KD & not Abuja & d Drs are compasionate & full of Faith. They ve dis missionaries atitude & ve practiced in d US 4 over 20yrs.I don't recommend a place I ve not been 2 or used.

@Tenderchic; haven said dis I want u 2 know dat most cases of blocked tubes are usually not d case. A 2nd test needs 2b done 2b sure. HSg can be so painful dat if u keep figeting during d process, it mite not come out true. D expertise of d Radiologist also counts. Aug 2010, I was diagonised with tubal blockage both tubes. I cried frm d hosp 2 my huse. Started going frm one church prog 2 anoda;Lagos, auchi etc. Dec 2010 wen I met Dh, I told him bluntly "my tubes are blocked o according 2 med report". He said no wahala, he'll marry me & dat repot is cancelled. Nov 2011, 4 months afta wedin, I went 2 one of d best Gynae in Kaduna, cos I learnt they do flush d tubes if need be. Cont'd below

To all the sabi mamas in d house..I wanna ask what causes one not to have an implantation.. It has happened to me before..it happened d first time I tried TTC...

When d endometrial linning isn't thick enough or when poor quality eggs are fertilized can lead 2 implantation failure or early miscariage. Do u know dat most women conceive evrymnth without knowing as Most times, there's fertilization but because AF shows on exact date, it usually goes unnoticed wereas d major issue is failure of implantation. So I advised after each ovulation, u go on foods dat enhances implantation eg pineapplecore,mangoes, wata melon, egusi, carrots,green vegetables; spinach,ugwu,lettuce & foods dat improves egg quality & reduce miscarrage rate eg beans, berries. If u can, eat beans or its products everyday.

If u don't ve any issue of irregular period or uterine fibroid, then its adviseable 2 do a preggy blood test as some1 suggested earlier cos it only takes d presence of sometin occupying d womb 2 cause milk 2 flow frm d breast. Baby dust ur way

Pls can u guys help me my wife has been bleeding continuously for a month now, when her period started then it started very light and stopped, then she began spotting for some days and stopped too before full bleeding commences which became heavier with big clots as days went by, whenever we'll think the bleeding has finally stopped, it starts again especially when she moves around and do home chores, she's had an history of irregular period which we've been trying to fix for over 3 years all to no avail as we've been ttc, she's used clomid, bromocriptine and all manner of treatment, she was on metformin when this bleeding started and she has stopped it now, my major concern is to stop this present bleeding as its becoming unbearable. she has also been diagnosed of pcos earlier and her period has never been regular since we got married like 60 days in length. she was regular before we got married according to her.

Pls how can we stop this bleeding now, she's used primolut and tranexemic acid too, when it looks as if the bleeding is drying up, it comes again after some movement or doing little work, what do we do now? sorry for my long post pls

Please, I beg u, anything bleeding shuld not be taken lightly. I know dat some hormonal drugs wen taken wit fibroid present can cause prolong bleeding. Heavy infection too can cause it but dis one of a whole month is serious & needs medical attention asap, not 2 scare u but could be a sign of sometin serious somewhere whereby early diagnosis will increase d chance of sucessful treatment. Pls see an experienced gynae. It is WELL

I just want to say weldon to all d sabi mamas and papas and to evryone wit a bfp, congrats and to us still trustin God for ours, our xpectatn will nt be cut short. Pls i last saw my period on 13th aug and was terribly down with fever on 15th sept, i was relunctant to take any medication bt d fever persisted so i took a urine test bt it was bfn so i decided to take antimalaria. Ever since then havent seen prd bt spottin once in a while, pls wat is wrong. And sori 4 d long text.

My dear, if u've not experienced irregular period b4 then dis could be bfp. because absece of AF, spotting & malaria feelings are sure signs of preggy. Pls try preggy blood test & avoid medications 4 now. It is well

though they concluded all these problems was as a result of not flushing after a miscarriage....i now look forward to a better testimony, my ttc has been full of stumbling blocks but by the grace of God they are all clearing off, soon this hydrosalpinx will be history as i plan to go for another hsg after AF shows up, @mumiosayande, ayaakanoh, mamateniola, blessed diva and all the awesome mamas show face na, @miraclebaby, your miracle baby is around the corner.

Have u heard of SonaHSG?, its a beta alternative 2d usual hsG. It is painless, cheaper & done using ultasound instead of X-ray which can be harmful wen repeated several. It is well. We'll all Laugh very soon

My dear, it is well. Why I want u 2 do a test is because u mentioned irregular AF. A close frnd of mine wit iregular AF whose period disapeared 4 almost 6mnths at a point noticed it all of a sudden as usual den it disapeared 4 like 2mnths & she started treating malaria/typhoid because of ill health not knowing she got preggy dat last cycle. As 4d closed cervix, I think u shud ask ur gynea on d chances of getting preggy wit dis condition as inflow of sperm mite be dificult. Let him give u his sincere opinion on wat 2 do either via correction or d best alternative option. But ve it always at d back of ur mind dat God never created anytin dat has no use; so long u ve a womb, u will bear children. Congrats in advance

UTERUS; Normal sized, non-gravid uterus is noted in anteverted position. No intra utererine mass/fibroid. The endometrial plate is thin and regular. Nil cyesis. Cervix is closed

MYOMETRIUM; The myometrium appears smooth and homogenous in echo pattern and texture.

ADNEXAE; both ovaries are normal in sizes, they both harbour tiny multiple discrete cystic lesions in their periphery.

POD; no fluid collection noted. The urinary bladder is normal in wall outline and shape with clear uterine contents

IMPRESSION; polycystic ovarian syndrome.

Hello dear, d POCS stuff is not sometin 2 make u worked up. Thereis remedy 4 it. Try check previous post on success stories wit this condtion. As 4d Closed cervix, I tink u shud do a blood preg test cos u have 2b pregnant 4 dis 2 happen. Don't mind Af cos some still see AF while preggy. Consult ur Gynea asap. U could be pregnant.

Yes you can sterilize and use again. Just wash them out with hot water & a gentle (no dye, no perfumes) soap or then again just squeeze a teeny bit onto DH's stuff and fashi the applicator.

I tink I'll prefer it in my own stuff 2 avoid friction cos my dryness can be hyper. . Pls, one more tin; is there any soap in ds world dat is non perfumed? Pls suggest one as I've been asked 2 avoid using perfumed soap 2 wash dat area 2 avoid infection.

I decided a few days back to read through all the old chats and honestly im enjoying it. Congratulation to inwangobio on his triplets. I read his story today and I was blessed by his testimonies. He said the doctor saw 2 heart beats but he is insisted that they are 3 and God Almighty granted him his heart desires. I had to call him this evening and that made me quite happy. His triplets are all grown and ready to mark their first birthday. That is one birthday I wont miss, I just pray I wont be out of town on official assignment then. Talking about dis alcohol stuff, I asked a question previously if there's anytin one can tek 2 increase/enhance vaginal mucous as I ve dis issue of vaginal dryness & ve noticed alcohol enhances it 4 me. I'd made complains b4 & 2 difrent gynae told me a bottle of beer b4 bd can't affect conception as 70% of unwanted pregies occur wen ladies get drunk esp at parties though am skeptical as I try 2 avoid anytin controversial.
