Ebube2014: Yes you can take the 3 because they all have different ingredients and are taken for different purposes. As for folic Acid 800mcg a day is not too much. Pregnacare has 400mcg so if u decided to take another 400mcg its okay. Its a water soluble vitamin so your body takes the one u need and then the rest is excreted via urine.
