Well capacity differs depending on client's need or the company's recommendation. As for the power rating I don't know much about the technical aspect am not one of the designing engineers but I do know it's really fast when it comes to heating, I have seen the machine work so I know what am saying. You can call the numbers above to ask technical questions am sure they will give you better answers. ☺
