Forget whether maybe one or two govs 'use' them as oppresion tools......What MUST be done however is that, A law enforcement body (akin to FBI in the US), should be made up that will have superseding authority over the local State authorities. That's all. And that is only for certain crimes, such as international terrorism, serious threats to defence, etc CREATE STATE POLICE AND CREATE FEDERAL INTELLIGENCE BOARD. Sluvist:...because there's a locking mechanism on the tracks that makes trains stick to their tracks, and if a car gets on it in close proximity of a coming train, then the same mechanism locks or tries to lock, by magnetizing the rims of the car to the the tracks.....the best thing is to wait for the approaching train to pass before continuing, or get out of your car, once you can't move it! 1 Like |
