its smells gaeous, but very strong

pls we changed about 4 Acs in our house to hisense inverter Ac, just 3weeks ago, but anytime we put this Acs on, they all have a terrible smell for the first 10 minutes after which everything becomes ok, we have complained at hisense and they sent their rep but he said he doesn't know what's wrong, the 3 other Acs that are Samsung dont behave like that, this is our first time of using hisense, abeg is that how the thing does, or we are not getting something right.

I no know about that much but I feel say maybe na d gas be d culprit. Ask technicians wey dey repair AC. Try make dem comot the gas for just one of the AC make dem come refill am. Make u see if the smell of that particular one go change
