This fault codes usually give you a lead as to which system needs inspection, saving you time and money. In as much as cars have become complex the inbuilt monitoring mechanisms help in detecting faults quicker. Due to this, it is always advisable to scan your car first before repairs. I understand some people feel there is no need to scan because they do not understand the meaning of the codes.Please post those troublesome codes here for an explanation.

Step 1: scan it and retrieve any trouble code, a lot of things can cause high fuel consumption so it's best u scan first and the fault can easily be detected

For abs and check engine MIL u should get the car scanned first to knw which component or circuit has issues. Cheers

A/F sensor is the most likely component causing this DTC, pls get it properly inspected. Also fuel pressure, injectors , induction system can also cause this
