Nigeria depends on crude exports for about 70 per cent of government revenue and more than 90 percent of foreign exchange.
Wow!
Nigeria is nothing without the Niger Delta, the goose that lay the golden egg.

please stop trying too hard to please your fan boys. It makes you silly when you have to find a way to criticize everything. I know you owe it to your fan boys and butt lickers to come up with a 'glorious response' always and maintain your status as the 'undisputed number one political analyst,' but brother, you're over doing it. Try to be yourself and not try to please them always. Just a fatherly advice.

Why not be like others who recorded successes.
I don't know what you mean by the above, I've asked you to detail what Buhari or Obasanjo did for their people when they were in power. You're yet to provide said details, yet you castigate GEJ for not turning the Niger Delta to El-Dorado, you're not pragmatic neither are you realistic.

Lots of things my brother
I won't state them here but you know after the northerners might have collected majorly, before South can fight on the remaining. From oil blocks, appointments, military etc

So, what GEJ had a golden opportunity.
You seem not to understand the principles of governance, because you're President don't mean you spend all monies on your people, that's not how it works. Go to Obasanjo's town and see if it was turned to Dubai considering he had 8yrs to do it.

GEJ really disappointed his people if you look at it critically.

Check out the east-west road where his mother inlaw(RIP) was killed in a motor accident because of bad road. Another 18 heavy weight women from Bayelsa on a courtesy visit to his wife PEJ also died on that same road and all he did was NOTHING.

Enough of all this sentiments.

GEJ was the real enemy of the Niger Delta.
Can you state what Buhari did for his people in 1985 and while at it please tell us how Obasanjo turned Otta to Dubai.

The Oil spillage required immediate attention and as a Niger Delta son who is aware of the negative impact of the environmental degradations and pollution, GEJ wouldn't have considered building a university first to the the clean up.

In all ramifications the clean up stands more pressing than you are thinking.
And if GEJ had kept to his word and embarked on environmental clean-up of the ND, your ilk would be all in arms screaming marginalisation.

the President Jonathan used trillions of our naira to do things worth just billions of our naira. He then shared the balance with diezanni, okonjo iwella and co. All his achievement couldn't get to the end user which is the common man because his foot soldiers looted and sabotaged with impunity trusting that their commander in chief was too weak to do sh1t. On this very one I commend the effort of PMB to even start the process. GEJ totally ignored the Ogoni people let alone implementing the UNEP report.

What GEJ did was to sent one BELEMA OIL to cause confusion amongst the Ogonis that he will drill their oil and compensate them more than SHELL.

As soon as GEJ lost election, BELEMA OIL disappeared into thin air.
[/s]

GEJ was not just the president of the Niger Delta, there were other issues that were more pressing. GEJ built the first university in Buhari home state, I didn't see Hausas lambasting Buhari for not doing same when he was head of state.

That's the person the wailers take as the Messiah. Iam sure he's over 30 years old but still reasoning like a child. He's desperation to criticize every move of buhari's makes him sound so stup1d. Even if the clean up started today this mumu would still criticize with a 10 page document. The president has been in Power for just over 2 months. The president just unveiled his plan for the clean up just over 48 hours ago. And then we have some clown come to refresh our memories that 'NO CLEAN UP HAS STARTED' I swear this statement just might factionalize the community of wailers on account of it's stupidity!
And yet any improvement is attributed to him, when something works its Buhari who done it, when it fails its GEJ's "cluesslessness" bros demand a brain surgery as soon as you can.

Incompetent Jona set out his plan back in 2011 and nothing was done and he didn't why or make any move to make sure Ogoniland was cleaned. That's 5 years of nothing....

Why are you mad just because PMB gave the order for something to be be done right away?

Why are you so mad and defending Jona for doing nothing for 5 years while at the same time mad over a 2 day order to get something done?

In the interest of Ogoni people, shouldn't you be happy that there's a renewed effort to get something done?

I just wonder what drives you people crazy....
Your stupidity makes you unaware the Ogoni issue wasn't the only problem plaguing Nigeria.
Why didn't Buhari in his first stint as head of state :
Establish a Federal University in his home state of Katsina until the benevolent Jonathan saw the scale of illiteracy in Buhari state?

Of what relevance and benefit was your 5 year old useless and incompetent plan to the people of Ogoniland after 5 years of inaction and zero movement.

Fast track means = Happening or done quickly, suddenly or immediately:suddenly, at once, straight away.... Not 5 years of nothing and incompetency.
Shut ya gob, by next year we would be where we are now. Its in Bubu's interest to clean the Delta, the goose that lays the golden egg needs to be rewarded. Buhari is not doing the Niger Delta a favour.
