First, there are some factors you need to put into consideration before rolling out your charges/prices to the client(s):

-location of the event
-number of guests
-complete menu
-date of the event

Why? It will help you know if you have to put up a higher that will give room for negotiation or basic price.
However, basically, a plate of rice(jollof/fried) + salad/plantain + chicken + beef can go for ₦1700 with moimoi ₦1800-1850

For the swallow, a plate of Amala(in your case) + efo riro + beef + fish can go for ₦1300-₦1800....abt 3-4pcs of protein.

Now increasing/reducing/negotiating the prices depends on those factors I listed.
