Please replace the intake air temperature sensor and with right connectors too.

Looks like you've dealt with most of the culprits, but if it was all 'tokunbo' replacement, you might want to check all with another to double sure you got a properly working part, especially the MAF sensor...speaking from experience.

Sorry to butt in here - an Audi A4 quattro 3,2 V6 makes 241 bhp. It's IMPOSSIBLE to reach a speed of 230 mph in that car. It just doesn't make anywhere near enough power. 230 km/h yeah, not mph. Unless this is just some joke.

Run a diagnostics brother.

the battery is just there to startup the vehicle and run the accessories while engine has been shut down.

Jerking and stalling are usually fuel metering issues. from bad air flow meter to bad fuel pump to clogged nozzles or blocked fuel lines.

However, a proper diagnosis will be the right thing to do.

before he even began work, he had told me that it's possible he changes the gasket and the car will refuse to start and possibly I will need to buy new sensors. Also he said the car could also start smoking blah blah blah.
So after the gasket fix, they conformed the car wasn't choking and light or is it spark isn't geTting to the coil packs, so he said I needed to buy new sensors which took three days to source cause they were scarce in the market (according to him). The 2 sensors had magnetic end the one ontop was facing one of the timing chain wheel.

Check the timing brother.

...and next time you want to open up the engine, make sure its totally cooled. that's standard procedure., takes like 5-6hours.

It could be a sensor malfunction, perhaps the crankshaft position sensor. Yes it can be scanned, though its a little technical. If you can locate a two-pin socket by the passenger's side foot well close to the door, short circuit the two pins and note how many times the 'check engine' mil blinks.

Depending on when last the oil was replaced, you can either add to it (if its lower than required) or go for a full change.

I'm not disputing your experience my brother, what bothers me is that the capacity is about 4.3litres, so when you say it got short of a whole 2litres, that's almost 50% gone in just 6days (with absolutely no idea how it disappeared). Good you noticed on time though.
