I can't print my slip




pls help me out. I paid 3,045.69 in the bank for NYSC registration and my transaction id was given to me. I proceeded to continue my payment online,I typed in the transaction id and the page took me back to my dashboard. I went back to type it again I got an error message that the pin has been used by me. Then I went on to print my slip,but the page still directs me to make another payment. I've sent email to NYSC,they are yet to reply since then. Please I need your help
