Those of u comparing libya to Nigeria in terms of populations compare Nigeria to libya in terms of mineral resources there are some natural resources that Nigeria have libya doesn't have them,but each successive government keeps collecting loans with excuse of providing hospitals,roads, electricity,and schools,and then up using the money to buy houses abroad and share the rest between political sycophants the lie this administration used to get into power they will have to continue that lie to remain in power until there is revolution,why a administration would collect loans what do they tell the country or how do they convince such country that they end up giving this government such huge amount of loans with nothing to show for it.
