Well if you are having problems with chexsystems, like a lot of people are now-adays cuz of the real estate boom. I would say an online style bank would be best, like the prepaid card providers. I would suggest some of the top ones like AccountNow or Walmart. All of them differ since they offer a slightly different feature/fee set, but stick to the more repatable companies
