Hello Bosses in the house, I paid application fee for my family and I since September on the avits platform, I checked back a couple of days later to schedule appointment but saw an error message that the payment was not successful due to insufficient amount paid but I was debited (I'm thinking this could have been a case of exchange rate). I have not been able to get this resolved since then, several tickets have been raised and even chats and calls but no resolution yet. Please is anyone experiencing this or does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this, thank you. |
I made my application payment 14th of last month on the Avits portal and was informed to wait two working days for bank reconciliation, but after logging in, it says insufficient payment made. I've been calling and chatting with them since but no resolution. Is anyone experiencing this or how can you advice. In addition, my mum's visa renewal was done in May on the old platform and her drop box date is 22nd of October at DHL Surulere, we haven't received any further update from the new platform or email. Can she still go ahead to DHL? |
