i just got my 3month multiple visitors visa from the south African embassy. i submitted my application on the 9th of Nov, and i was called on mon 26th Nov to pay repatriation fee on or b4 wed 28 Nov whc i did. And i received a notification for collection on the 30th of Nov. A very big thank you to COLLINSFBI and JUSTWISE for their invaluable contributions here.
And to those aspiring for a southafrican visa please adhere strictly to the advise of these 2 great men. YOU DONT NEED AN AGENT TO GET SOUTH AFRICAN VISA. Thanks.

Please how do I go about the ticket and hotel without paying?

Please can anyone help me with the south African flight and hotel booking before I submit? Should get from the agents? Please I don't have time cos m submitting on Friday. Tnx

Yes, there is timetable, Tuesday is for verification of your documents at the SA High Commission, the following Wednesday is for payment but that can only be done when your documents have been verified and they are all in order, your name will be sent to diamond bank (adeola odeku branch) for visa application fee payment (NB: you can't make payment at diamond bank except your are told to go there on Wednesday to make payment, Thursday is for submission of your application at the SA High Commission. I really can't say @how much you must have in your account, but you must have enough funds to cover your tuition, accommodation, ticket and living expenses, also considering the fact that you are going with your wife and 2 kids, they may factor in their travel and living expenses too. If you have a scholarship then it will be nice to include the scholarship documents while applying and also state it in your letter of introduction. The visa application fee is #8,500 for study visa with charges of about #1,500, making a total of about #10,000. You are welcome



Please I need to drop my application at the south Africa embassy on Friday. I have all the requirements except for the hotel and flight bookings please can anyone help with any idea?

Pls did you apply for the 3 months multiple entry you received or was it just given to you. If yes, can you share what amount of time and the number of entries you requested for when you applied?

Please is it necessary for one to book and pay for hotel reservation when one is not sure of the Visa uet.
