Great! No Cow No Business. If you buy three cow, sell two (use the capital & profits to buy more cows) And milk the third for cheese, yorgurt, butter & other diary produce. Then you are in business. Same with real estate Buy 1 plot at N1000 sell at N2000... that's capital gain. Buy 5 plots at N5000 (get 1 free), when it appreciates Sell a few, build on some for rental income. |

You don't "get rich" when you buy 1 plot of land. Seriously you deplete cash. Land is just space if nothing is done on it. (We'll explain later) When you buy land with 'nothing' on it, how do you get rich? You sell it! Is that so, then you don't have the land anymore!
