eejo: Explain why Nigerians are easily divided along ethnic and religion line, kill each other, destroy things and see things from scarcity mind set while the country have abundance. Entry closes in one week and WINNER will be announced. No good Human Relationships. Ethic groups in Nigeria are many and the largest are the Yoruba, Hausa and Igbo speaking dialect. Due to this, all the tribes feel like the other tribes are trying to marginalizing them. This way, Nigerians of different tribal backgrounds feel like their economic and religious interests are threatened. This leads to dubious people funding armed ethno religious crimes against one another. Leading to killings and destruction. Nigeria also has a high poverty level and to make it more difficult, each ethic group feels like one is marginalizing the other. The country's wealth is not equally distributed. Also due to our different languages and cultural setup, religion has been used to build political sentiments. Nigerians are easily manipulated with hunger and little food because of poverty. Once the poor are cajoled with little rice and 5000 naira, they can harm you if you call their attention to notice religious leaders and politicians manipulating them. Rich politicians also sponsor religious violence by providing weapons and backups for criminal fanatics. Most especially in the northern part of Nigeria. This is why Nigerians are easily divided because they lack good education about human relationships. In Nigeria there is no good Human Relationship between people and this leads to people having a "scarcity mentality". Where there is good human relationship, the will and kindness to help each other to excel will be of paramount importance. There will be truth about avaible resources and less greed. Corruption will not be rampant Due to lack of good Human relationships, resources are not equally shared to benefit the whole country. The nations wealthy are controlled by the rich few and automatically, the nation wallow in lack. Nigerians start thinking there isn't enough resources in the country and the poverty is high. |
