How's the Intermittent fast going?
In the midst of a 12 day water fast, so feel your pain.

Wow.
On my end the worms in my belly are having a loud protest but I am not going to fold

I am attempting intermittent fasting so I haven’t been cooking much

Some Juicy Pawpaw i had yesterday evening

First picture: Some eggs and salad with very minimal cream for breakfast.

I am trying to eat as much fruits as possible

Plantain and eggs.

NOT HOME MADE

Some happy succulent fried plantains and goat meat peppersoup With yams.

It was worth the crave

This was supposed to be green juice but I decided to add some carrots for color and taste .

Green apples
Green pear
Cucumbers
Ginger
I added lettuce and some celery
And then carrots

Juicing orange will normally give a kinda sweet sour taste cos of the central core.


Toss in some spinach next time. Dilute with loads of water.
Looks like a work of slow juicer.

I appreciate this tip and will definitely try it next time I am juicing oranges

Absent mindedly, yes.
The bitter sweet taste that slapped me when I took my first sip reminded me that I didn’t take out the seeds

I managed to finish the 3 bottles though. Won’t make the mistake next time

Juicing is one of the best health decisions I’ve made recently.
Pineapples and oranges with some ginger juiced fresh

Had this bowl of goodness later on

Almond nuts, cashew nuts, some cucumbers and grapes

Breakfast yesterday

Boiled sweet potatoes and stew
Some grapes and cashew nuts

Rice and goat meat stew with fish.

Some cucumbers too

No use your hand or wetin your mind dey tell you spoil your relationship.
