Good day doctors. I am 31weeks pregnant and my pcv dropped from33% to 28%. Am scared it may go lower than it is before my edd. please what can I do to increase it? thank you.

Good evening mamas. Today is my birthday O n hubby spoil me pieces. Tot November mamas will gimme a birthday mate but none yet. Wishing us all safe delivery.

Good morning mamas in d palace. I want to share one technique for losing post baby belly I learnt at my last ANC. I saw a very cute looking mama breastfeeding a one month old baby n I was tempted to ask how she lost her pot belly so fast n her mother was beside her and she just laughed and said it's because of Uda. The stuff is one spice dat looks like small bean pod n black. I don't know wat it's called in English but she said we can ask dose women selling pepper soup ingredients. She also said that's all they use in cooking, they pound n pour in d New mamas hot water for drinking n they don't tie the tummy as d uda takes care of everything. Hope this helps.

Started shopping already. I love the fact that this tym am not shopping for myself but my little angel on his/her way.

Most likely the 23rd week is correct. At 20weeks mayb the male organ wasn't so developed that's why the sonographer thought it was a girl

But get a third scan preferably 3d to confirm

Come to think of it, what if both sonographers are correct but not accurate......what if you are having TWINS......a boy and a girl

Hmmm Aunt Zaynie thank u for the advice. About both sonos being correct but not accurate, I will take that as double blessing if it happens I have twins. U know most times God give us double for our troubles of trying. I hereby receive the prophecy of double portion in 2016!

I had a scan done at 20 weeks n they said it's a girl. Went for another scan at 23weeks and d sonographer said it's a boy. when can I get a more accurate result? I want to start shopping very soon.

Thank God for your health. I am also a FTM but this are some of the things I got from here and also used my discretion to buy based on what I have seen.
Sleeping suit, bath set, savlon,baby cup, blanket, silverbird, blue seal Vaseline, Shea butter, coconut oil, shawl, bassinet, bibs, socks, face towel, caps, diapers, sweater, onesis, flannel, towels, pegs, baby wipes, spirit, cottonwool, sponge, sponge and soap case, trolley, sterilizer ( manual or electric) feeding bottle ( I bought tomtipee cos my sister used it for a child and it is still in good condition after two years, avent breastpad, flasks (I own haer and titan. The titan I have has GNT inscribed on it, and they are both stainless), cup and spoon, methylated balm, diapers bag, hanger, combination set, baby pants, manicure set, drawer ( though I didn't buy I intend to make one or convert one of the wardrope in my house for baby use) agnesia powder ( bought for later use) baby bedsheets, bottle warmer, disposable pants, comfit, some outing clothes ( from 3 month above) naming ceremony attire for baby, Milton sterilizer, cotton bud, breast pump, brush for washing feeding bottle. For baby soap I bought boot, Milton and sebamed body wash, I bought different soap based On the results I have on the baby it is used for.
baby carrier and rocker. You can add cot, bouncer But I didn't buy them.

I started having pains on my lower left side. I think it's from d fibroid. please has anyone experienced this? Though my Dr. told me to take paracetamol each time I feel such pain. my ANC is on Wednesday. Should I be worried abt my lo?

There is nothing to worry about.i had increase gestational age n also decrease in gestational age throughout my pregnancy period.

I bought d Accurate for N1,880 for 7 strips at Hmedix. There are other brands there though. I'll advice u go for another brand. Gudluck n baby dust!
