Just got off the phone now with them. I waited for their mails since but they.didn't reply. Just use a guy account to request for a call back. I explained my situation to the lady and I gave her my ID.She told me that I have many accounts with them but when I denied. She just rolled out like 6 different accounts ID that have been accessed from my IP . These are accounts.I managed for people in the past and 2 of them recently. I told her that those accounts are not mine that she can check the names on them. But she told me that's why they are reviewing my account and they will get back to me when they are through with their review that my account will remain locked.
I just weak, 150k is currently locked up.
I can't believe this is happening to me.

You don't seen to get me. There's nothing left in that account. That 400+ was after the second rollover and the third brought that 1m I uploaded earlier. After that 44780 was added to my main and with the money I had in it before everything amounted to 152050 then I withdrew 150, and the remaining 2050 was later lost earlier today. The 150 was not returned to my account after rejection.

You can't withdraw bonus. It's depend on the conditions, after fulfilling all requirements, your bonus will be sent to main account. But not actual amount you won but the actual amount of your bonus. What I mean if your bonus is 20k and you won 100k. You will be given only 20k. Not 100k after you've complete the requirements. You will be given only 44708 not the 1million.

I know all these rules, this is not my first attempt to win their bonus.
This is what happened, I deposited 100k but eventually got 44780, they said the maximum bonus I can enjoy is 100 euro which amounts to 44780.16. Then I used it to play 3.20 and I got 143296,:then the second attempt s which resulted to 400000+ as you can see on the attachment then the third one that amounted to 1m+. Then after just they credited me with 44780 added to my main then I had over 2k already which I used to play again and at the wjd of everything ,I had 152+ then I requested for 150 and that's it. I know the rule of their bonus very well.
The picture attached is after the second attempt. Now all I have in my main is N2050 which was later lost.
