SultanYoung:Oh, thanks everyone... But honestly, I don't think I like the taste... |
SultanYoung:Ok thanks... Do I need to peel it... |
Just decided to try this the other day and I'm still trying to figure it out. Tasted a little strange, though. Please tell us if you know. God bless

Imma624:According to the new testament, no. Ask why Jesus didn't select any woman as part of the 12. Even when Judas had to be replaced even the thought of a woman didn't come to mind. According to the new testament, women have their own ministry, and surely not to lead nor teach. People don't really fear and love God genuinely. That's why something would be boldly and clearly written in the Bible, especially the new testament but they still want to argue. They had better go and write their new Bibles. God bless |
IBenardoo:I think my Lord Jesus has remarkably helped me to overcome anger, bitterness, pride, love of money/greed, selfishness, fear/worry a lot so far. Still not perfect, though. But striving till the end. Especially the love of people's opinions, approval, honour, etc. It's a daily fight... No giving up, by God's grace. |
Well, reality is about the Love of God (Grace) and the Fear of God (Truth). The Love of God — Jesus coming to suffer and die in order to reconcile us with the Father. The Fear of God — the wages of sin is death, eternity in Hell. Jesus paid the price for us to escape. Now if we refuse to take that escape through Christ, there is no more sacrifice that will wash away sin to keep us away from hell. Now if it was a regular money-loving pastor or prophet that mentioned hell, we might want to doubt, but Jesus himself, the Truth, confirmed that Hell is real. Then we surely don't want to joke anymore, hopefully. God bless |
Beware when people mistake your kindness or gentleness for foolishness. The same Jesus who fed the multitudes and healed the sick (*Grace) also made a whip and drove out the money changers from the temple (*Truth). Grace without Truth is false—beware of false Christianity. It is written: Eph.4.26 - "Be angry (*Truth), and do not sin (*Grace)": do not let the sun go down on your wrath, #Grace&Truth=full gospel (John 1:17) God bless |
There are two sides to a coin. When we take a currency note, we've got to take both sides, can't possibly take one and reject the other. Likewise, the True gospel of Jesus has got two firm sides to it: Grace and Truth—as one. John.1.17 - For the law was given through Moses, but GRACE and TRUTH came through Jesus Christ. Now there's always a problem when a believer/church/group/denomination wants to have only one side of both—only grace, no truth; or only truth, no grace. It's like a bird trying to fly with one wing—of course, now it's already confused as it tries to fly. The "Only Grace Gospel" condones sin and maybe selfish gain, so it can't please God. It says we all sinners and we just need to keep believing/confessing/repenting (willful sins/no remorse in heart). Well, the truth is the blood of Jesus doesn't cover willful, unrepented sin. It can't cover sins we don't hate, and which would be willingly to committed again and again without any resistance, hatred, feeling sorry or remorseful. And "The Only Truth Gospel" condones Hypocrisy and Legalism: looking Righteous/Holy on the outside but retaining loads of wickedness on the inside. Matt.23.27b ... indeed appear beautiful outwardly, but inside are full of dead men's bones and all uncleanness. It ensures good/modest appearance and maybe correct Bible knowledge/doctrines/good christian activities and works, but without genuine love of God in the heart. It also focuses more on rules/regulations (dos and don'ts) to be Holy, instead of obeying God's word and the leading of the Holy Spirit—as revealed in the new testament. Both one-side gospels rather have the LOVE of other things in common—the Love of: self, money, honour, pleasure, fame, etc except the love of God. (2Tim. 3) Matt. 6:24b You "cannot" serve both God and money. Whereas the Real gospel is balanced with two wings—Grace and Truth. Jesus himself demonstrated in his life. It's about faith (grace) and obedience (truth). Faith without obedience is false, a counterfeit. True faith leads to obedience to Jesus according to the new testament, and being led by the Holy Spirit. John.14.15 - "If you love Me, keep My commandments. John.3.8 - The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit." So it's not necessarily about rules or activities or sacrifices or religious words/appearance system, etc., cooked up by some men or church gurus. Obedience is simply the true test. Helpful to genuinely examine ourselves and the men we follow. 1 Sam. 15:22b Obedience is better than sacrifice. John.14.23 - Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. John.14.24 - He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father's who sent Me. God bless

Chief2410:Exactly... Some family and friends may even hasten the death... |
Truthseeker10:Oh, bro, so you wanted to argue... Sorry, you got the wrong person. Take care |
Truthseeker10:Second death is being condemned to hell... Spiritual death. Physical death is different from spiritual death... Luke.12.4 - "And I say to you, My friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. Luke.12.5 - But I will show you whom you should fear: Fear Him who, after He has killed, has power to cast into hell; yes, I say to you, fear Him! Rev.21.7 - He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son. Rev.21.8 - But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death." |
decatalyst:Hmm... Maybe it's quite more subtle... He's a christian, just nominal as common and possibly with a religious/church background. Hence, I think my testimony was a better seed. Cos he knew my kind of old life, how I was quite popular at school as a prefect and especially with breakdance steps those days... |
Peakdesign23:Welcome sis... |
cr7lomo:Why not.. |
Queenttoast01:Hello there... It depends on the sizes... 20+ or 30+ liters. And price varies. I got mine from jumia in January (32 liters, it's around 55k). You can simply order too. Smaller sizes should be around 30k+. There are several sellers there. And you may check konga and temu too if you want. If necessary go on jumia or others and search water filter purifier or alkaline water purifier, it should show you options and prices available... |
Nukilia:Ok, thanks |
Nukilia:Oh, ok... Thanks. But do I really need that. Cos I wash or change them as soon as it's obviously dirty... |
tollyboy5:Hmm... For health reasons |
I thought I should share this with those who might have similar issues with having clean and drinkable water at home. Got tired of constantly buying drinkable water or waiting for a nice neighbor to help... This will be especially useful for those who have discoloured (brown) well or borehole water due to high level of sediment or whatever... What you need: Get a plumber to install 2 or 3 filters close to the storage tank (outside) Get a water purifier (any effective type, I got the alkaline type) See pictures below... (Of course, the hassle there will be maintenance: clean/change the filters (the carbon one, black, can be washed and reused for sometime) every 2 or 3 weeks; wash the purifier regularly as well) God bless

We surely have to Repent, submit to Jesus and obey His words according to the new testament to be eternally saved before it's too late. Think of eternity. Even if we have many more years here, being permanently separated from God in the end is just not worth it. Let alone, tomorrow is not guaranteed for anyone. It troubles me a bit that it's very possible that there have been some I gave my testimony at some point in the past who are in hell right now. I remember a long-time acquaintance. We met again in a second phase and we quite became friends and got talking a bit. Fast forward to 2 or 3yrs after the phase, we met again at a public space. And he said he was rather shocked to have heard that I became born-again knowing the kind of regular, carefree, worldly life he saw me living back in the days. Though he kind of made jokes about it as something unserious or just funny. Alas, just awhile ago I got to know he's already gone. It was such a rude shock... Whether he managed to repent before the end or not only God knows. I can only hope. The worst part is the second death if unsaved. Heb.9.27 - And just as it is destined that each person dies only once and after that comes judgment, Of course, we should hope for a long life but Jesus himself warned that we should always be ready. No matter how good, bad or smart we are, tomorrow is still not guaranteed. Luke.12.40 - You must be ready all the time, for the Son of Man will come when least expected." God bless |

SmileDance:I'll send you an email for some possible tips... |

Goalnaldo:I was once in similar box. Just I had already surrendered myself to God due some major challenges much earlier and I was focusing on trusting in Him for a miracle. I would suggest trying remote work maybe like online teaching. But if God doesn't help there's nothing I can do. And nothing good comes easy. I've tried helping some to learn in the past but they only wanted something quick. Something that was even more difficult in my time and up using years to achieve only by God's grace. If you like teaching and willing to learn useful knowledge and skills then you may try online teaching. You can learn how to teach children how to speak English. But it's better to be sure of what line of work really interest you... |
oshiokpu:I wish my parents long life and especially eternal life by getting truly converted before it's too late. But as for properties, as the last born, I'm willing to get zero. They can share the teaspoons and cups all they want.... I'm quite content with what God has given me. Even if I don't have much, he's already given above my needs or initial expectations... I love the words of Jesus... Luke.12.13 - Then one from the crowd said to Him, "Teacher, tell my brother to divide the inheritance with me." Luke.12.14 - Jesus replied, "Man, who appointed me a judge or an arbiter between you?" Luke.12.15 - And He said to them, "Take heed and beware of covetousness, for one's life does not consist in the abundance of the things he possesses." |
Simplybiz:Oh, I guess they have a fixed amount in general. They deduct around 6 or so from me. But I don't mind as long as it remains fast and reliable. Someone asked me to change to gpay, but the same person suffered from a sum that got hung for months maybe due to issues on the sender's side, cos I know gpay is also good from experience... But that 6... they deduct is worth their fastest and reliability for me as of now. I mean fastness of like 30mins to 1 hour or just few hours of processing sometimes—sending and receiving internationally. Something that could take up to 3 to 5days in the days of Normal domiciliary acct, and the sender would be charged like 30... |
cutecommend:Hmm... Not necessarily though. Cos God is not fooled. If it was that easy, God wouldn't allow Jesus to go through all that for sin. He would've said, well, let each repent or confess just before they die. The opportunity of the thief on the cross is very rare. And he was really genuine and Repentant, not intending to play smart like we think. God is not fooled... He said we must be born again to enter his kingdom. I'm sure those who are secretly waiting for deathbed Repentance will wake up to a big shock cos Jesus didn't preach deathbed smart play. May the Lord help each one to have light... |
Mackman665:Oh, I see... But sorry, not sure I'll do that. |
BlueStripper:Oh, I was just fortunate to get them last year. Their mum is local for sure. But as for the dad I don't know. Could be a pure or a mixed breed. It's not likely the same dog will mate the local mum again. I don't know when mine will birth puppies—maybe before ember months later. And your location may determine the possibility... |
