*SELLER/TEMINAL SENDS TANKFARM POP & TANKFARM MANAGER'S CONTACT THEN BUYER GIVES SBLC FOR TOTAL CARGO.*

*USD$0.50CENTS IS OPENED ON SELLER'S SIDE TO YOU.*

*FULL PROCEDURE NON NEGOTIABLE:*
1) Buyer and NNPC sign and seal the Sales and Purchase Agreement incliding full Banking co-ordinates. Buyer returns signed SPA with Company Registration Certificate signed and stamped by Buyers Company and ATB FORMAT(Names of persons and inspectors authorized to Board the storage for QNQ inspection).

2) NNPC/TERMINAL release OFFSHORE CHINA TANK FARM cargo POP and​ the NNPC China tank farm managers contact via NNPC Secure Email domain DIRECTLY TO END BUYER for Buyers confirmation.
THE DOCUMENTS ARE:
a) Discharge Certificate
b) Storage Information
c) Offshore Storage Certificate
d) TANKFARM Storage Receipt(TSR)
e) Details of NNPC China Tank Storage Manager.

3) Buyer confirm NNPC OFFSHORE CHINA TANK FARM CARGO from the NNPC Tank Farm Manager or Seller's representative in HongKong and issue MT760 SBLC/BG/MT103-202/MT799 via SWIFT for total cargo from Top 50 global Banks according to NNPC approved Verbiage within 3(three) banking days. Buyer sends telex charge copies and copies of SWIFT to Fiduciary for confirmation with Fiduciary Bank.

4) Upon confirmation of Buyers SBLC/BG/MT103-202/MT799 SWIFT from Fiduciary Bank, FIDUCIARY shall SWIFT Payments with NNPCs Official invoice for the following fees to NNPC designated account :
(a) FULL CARGO DOCUMENTS TO BE ASSIGNED TO THE BUYERS COMPANY’S NAME.
(b) WARRANTY OF TITLE (WOT)
(c) DIP TEST AUTHORIZATION(DTA)

5) Upon payment of fees by FIDUCIARY for Cargo Re-Assignment and Warranty of Title for the cargo, all cargo Documents as well as all rights to the cargo is re-assigned and issued to Buyer and in their favour.

(6) Warranty of Title and Re-assigned documents are sent to the Tank Farm Manager, upon verification of the documents and Warranty of Title by Tank Farm Manager,Dip Test Authorization is issued to Buyer.

(7)Dip Test is carried out in China tank farm by Buyers nominated inspection team.

(Buyer’s Bank shall effect payment immediately via Swift transfer MT103 covering entire cargo immediately upon receipt of Q&Q Report from the Inspection Agency.All commissions as per SPA are payable immediately after receipt of QnQ.

(9)Buyer’s Shipping Agent handles the transfer of cargo to Buyer’s tankers or storage tank.

Hello everyone,

Below is my tankfarm procedure nonnegotiable


1)Buyer signs LOI format of seller to receive SPA.

2)Both parties sign and lodge spa with their respective banks.

3) Seller issues acknowledgment letter and proforma invoice to buyer requesting for one-time cash call Logistics Payment of USD$100,000(HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ONLY) for the 6 million barrels transaction.

4)Seller also issues a corporate letter of guarantee for performance and refund of buyer’s CASH PAYMENT FOR LOGISTICS with a $500 compensation. Seller sends buyer the soft copies of all the documents immediately. This guarantee letter would be addressed to EFFC & DSS.

{Seller guarantees that if by any chance, seller fail to deliver the said commodity within 30 days, the Logistic Payment with compensation of 100,500 USD will be refunded to buyer’s bank account immediately.}.

5) Buyer pays 20% of the cash call for logistics to seller’s account and scans, forwards slip/proof to seller.

6) Seller then sends THE HARD COPIES of the guarantee letter as indicated in clause (4) addressed to EFCC & DSS to buyer.

7) Buyer issues the remaining 80% Logistics Payment to seller’s bank, scans, and forwards slip/proof to seller.

Seller confirms payment and issues DTA letter, China Custom Clearance as well as registered WOT in buyer’s name to buyer. Tankfarm Manager/Asian consultant will be copied.

9)Buyer is given access to carry out his CIQ on the product in the Tankfarm, with positive outcome, Dependent on the quantity demanded or desired, buyer pays via mt103/makes a deposit payment. Seller transfer ownership title to buyer specified name. At the same time, buyer pay commissions for all agents.

10)NNPC confirms the payment & instructs buyer to suck his cargo of 6MBBLS from the storage tank farm and hands over the original export and vessel documents, which are under buyer specified name, to buyer.

11) When needed, buyer’s authorization letter will be issued with the POPs under buyer specified name.
