yes i'm the one installing the metcopo and is N1, 700 tower, my carpenter are improving, change is the only certain thing in life, this is not where we are last year, we are giving enough rooms for change.

Attach is ijebu imushin roofing, but we tried our best on it too, and remenber this roofing is prepared for long span

I think this is better than the one you did earlier at the house with a penthouse. I am waiting to see this roofing completed

Contrary to ur opinion, it's not more expensive than the conventional stone coated, infact on the long run, its cheaper.

So many threads on nairaland with roofing materials have some hints about the likely cost of the roofing materials but you kept us in the dark regarding this material. The reason people are not looking this way. I do visit this thread to see if at least somebody that has used the material would comment to encourage someone like me. I like to try something different from what people are doing but no enough information is provided here. Lets have some hint about the wood requirement for this material and the cost per square metre if that is the way ofits measurement.

I believe this roof will be much more expensive compared to stone coated step tiles.

Do you produce the roofing materials e.g aluminium from your own company or you source from other producers like tower and first aluminium?

The average price between the corrugation companies I buy from is as follows:

0.45mm btw 1,350 -1,400 naira per metre square

0.55mm btm 1,550 - 1,600 naira per metre square


I'll advice you to use first aluminum NUT BROWN or TRAFFIC BLACK because years of usage has proven they can stand the test of time.
