Somebody help please... how do I get my money back from remita since they did not give me what I paid for and it’s late for me to collect it now. It can’t be useful again I just need my money back

Please I purchased waec registration pin on Friday via remita. I was only sent receipt without pin/code that I will use to register and the registration has closed yesterday. How do I get my money back from remita. I need to further with waec Registration since I was unable to complete the GCE registration
