have u guys heard of Mesh Inverter? It is proudly made in Nigeria. Wandel,before it started its importation sukam and later luminous, had its IT arm (simber technologies ltd) supported its base stations and its main server in ericmore , surulere with this great product. The indians had it in their homes. Yes, most made in Nigeria inverters are below standard. But, lets not condemn the manufacturers for trying. How the hell will naija move up if its citizens don't try to produce something? Me, I don't know!
Guy, ask around for Mesh Inverter. You will be pleasantly surprised .

hi mordz, this is my very first post on this forum. The truth is  your question virtually pushed me in.  I guess it is an acknowledgment of the that as a black man myself, this is a very serious question indeed. Let me quickly add that I'm in my forties also, so you can understand were am coming from. In response to your question, however, I would first like to pose it differently. That is, Is there any fundamental physiological difference  btw the black man  and ,first, the white man and ,now the Chinese and the Indians such that while the black man seem not to have found his place in this industrial and information age ,the others tend to carry on with easy? To this I answer, No! There is no fundamental difference. As we are now, the Whites once where. This is equally true for the Chinese and Indians.  I Know, becos I devoted a greater part of my undergraduate days in the eighties to this question. And, I learned that there was a period in European history referred to as the Dark ages( A period of ignorance)   Now,to your question the way you presented it.  To this, too, I answer Yes, the black man can manufacture and indeed has been manufacturing things. Except, of course, by manufacturing you mean inventing or scientific discovery-Then , I guess I must admit that there are few shining examples. This is not to say they are not there. First, you have to remember that the black man did not write his own history and he was for a long time himself someone else property. However,  Drive your car to your mechanic , tell him to pls itemize the different parts and the names of the manufacturer, you will find that they don't all carry the name of the car maker. This true for even toys. What this means is that much of today's production is never by one individual or company carrying out the entire process from raw material to finish product. If any thing, the problem with the black man is the black man himself. First, he loves other race more than he loves himself. Anyone who is not proud of himself can never be indeed Proud! and without pride the CAN DO SPIRIT would be far from thee. and  so would the miracle called science.  Next, he feels so mentally inferior to the extent that he becomes so mentally lazy that he runs away form the very vehicle - questioning habit and mathematics- that would carry him to technological heights. Mordz, think about it, which race is the most deceitful , insincere and unloving?  You think there is no link? Google for the history of science and you won't get far before you realize that another word for Genius is Love: and without sincerity you cannot underline the facts; and that, a technological mind is pure and clean, and deceit is to such a  mind as a splash of  grease on a white cotton.
