And in real time you-all are denying the well known people mentioned in that latter that have threatening the igbos more than amaka did, you are writing a sentimental bigotry article and wailing

You blame Gowon yes I blame Gowon and awolowo for fighting igbos for one Nigeria, all the needed to do was map out igbo territories and allowed them to be the republic of biafra

You didn't respect your boundaries with your Biafra.

If you had stuck with your current five contiguous SE states , no one would have bothered.

Rather , all that manpower and resources used to chase you out of the occupied SS would have gone to fencing you in.

There is this boy named Devan on Tiktok who is barely 4 years old, solving further maths on like he is eating cookies. The toddler can barely even speak coherently.

I wonder what age would be appropriate for him to go to college.

Those are rare geniuses and in the west they acknowledge and promote them. There was one genius who graduated at Harvard with a STEM degree at 9ys..

That's an exception and not a norm.

While what all Dr Kperogi wrote up there are all facts, the issue driving the enforcement of this existing law is student loans and nothing else.

That's because some one below the legal age limit of 18 can not enter into any contractural agreement.

I am totally against these student loans for the fact that it is the responsibility of both the parent and society et al Govt to provide the much needed skill training for the children and youth of the society.

An investment in such can never be termed a waste.

A scenario where the same institutions now charging high fees without providing the right education and a guarrantee of their certificate and also were there are hardly any jobs out there is bound to be a massive failure by the current generation on the future ones.

In the US, this student loan template has failed woefully with many graduates still paying back huge loans 20ys after graduating. Some even got student loans to study useless social sciences with only government social work available. At the end these category of social science graduates end up over bloating the system and turning governance to a welfare scheme so much they are not interested in solving social crisis such as homelessnes, drug and substance abuse but rather promoting it so as to keep their jobs in city hall. The worst cases are the black democrats who studied such useless social sciences and have made it their exclusive right to oversee black neighborhoods to remain perpetually dysfunctional so as to keep their case work loads up and their over paid allowances higher.

STEM graduates always pay up their loans quickly and that's because they get employment easily and are more gainfully employed in the private sector. But in Nigeria we have no high tech jobs available outside federal govt research and teaching institutes.

As far as I am concerned , this whole student loan thing is evil and should be abolished.

Instead , the govt must have more stringent academic requirements for intending undergraduates so that only the very best and most dilligent students get admission. A scenario where campuses serve as breeding grounds for yahoo boys, oloshos, cultists and what have you should end.

Universities should also scale back on useless courses and focus on courses that have prospects in the job market . Someone studying sociology , banking and finance, business studies , etc should go and learn a trade.

In real time they are denying any wrong doing on her part right in front of your face.

Now ponder on how they have spent decades rewriting the events leading to the civil war and their own atrocities against minority people dragged into their Biafra .

They will never accept any other narrative than that they were victims .

They have done everything to deny Amaka being of their stock and deflected her outbursts and that of her fellow IPOB lunatics in that group as the handwork of Yoruba impostors creating content to smear Ibos.

Now that they can neither deny not deflect the fact that Amaka and her entire group members are IPOB , they are now doubling down in defending her by using their usual victimhood card.

This should be a stark lesson to anyone having any shred of sympathy to them concerning the events leading to and during the civil war.

All their revisionists went to work immediately after the war to change and push the narrative of an "oppressed and victimised" nation while this was totally the opposite. They were and remain an aggressive nation with strong ambitions to expand and colonise the entire Nigeria. And when that failed they resort to their usual victimhood cries.

I blame Gowon for not taking the initiative to dominate the post war narrative . His ban on documenting the war for posterity sake just so the Ibos can be reintegrated back into Nigeria, did not extend to the biafrans going to town rewriting fake narratives of the war and events surrounding it. These post war narrative is what has led to the victimhood generation mentality that has led to the resurgence of ipob and other Biafra agitators who are emboldened by the lies of their war generation.

A truth and reconciliation panel would have set things straight but what would have been better would have been Nuremberg style court cases to hang all those biafran war criminals.

Musk will eventually lose all his $40 billion dollar investment into Twitter.

Many countries are waiting for the EU to make the fist big move and the knives will be out.

Despite what Musk and his fanboys think, no country want absolute free speech.
They may claim they do, but they really don't especially when violence, potential
violence and high stake criminality is involved.

Unfortunately, Zuckerberg isn't learning from Musk's mistake.

It's down to losing the narrative since the advent of Social Media and smart phones.

The govts in the west are losing their vice grip on information flow and censorship.

Now citizens are questioning the official narrative and have come to see the conventional media as nothing but an extension of the govt - operation mocking bird.

The govt is rightly scared because SM and alternative need outlets have been challenging the official state narrative.

From Covid to Ukraine war to the ongoing conflict in Gaza, govt narrative has been shoved to the dustbin.

The real press as contained in the US Constitution during its drafting was the citizens right to distribute information using the printing press. There was no profession known as journalism until the mid 19th century. Journalism is a fake profession that seeks to control what the public needs to hear.

The clamping down on SM in the name of control of misinformation and hate speech is just a fancy way of censorship.

They've lost the initiative and are now using violence to take back the press.

Politics / Re: 'Nigeria A Collateral Damage, Should Never Have Existed' - Burna Boy by MossadAgent: 10:41pm On Aug 30
gidgiddy:
Nigerian music superstar, Damini Ogulu, better known as Burna Boy has described the country as “collateral damage” in a candid reflection on the nation’s current state.

Speaking in an interview with Tidal on Friday, the African Giant shared why the country’s cultural diversity has become a bane against its growth.

The Grammy-winning artist also expressed his concern over the socio-political challenges facing Nigeria, emphasising that the nation and its citizens often suffer the consequences of poor governance and external influences.

Burna Boy’s remarks highlight his continued outspokenness on issues affecting Nigeria, as “he urged for more accountability and better leadership to prevent the country from being treated as expendable in global and local affairs.”

His comments have sparked discussions across social media, with many echoing his sentiments about the need for change.

Burna Boy shared his thoughts about how Nigeria as a country came to be during the interview with Tidal. He noted that Nigeria as a country was never meant to exist and it is “nothing but the result of a bad business enterprise entered into by the British”, nothing “but the collateral damage of a business deal gone south.”

He noted that “the area called Nigeria was first known as the Niger Area before the Royal Niger Company acquired it.

“After it was acquired, the Royal Niger Company decided to amalgamate the North and South as against running them as separate entities, and it was at this point that the country Nigeria was birthed.

The Afro-fusion star noted that “when the amalgamation was going to happen, the Niger Company and the British who sold Nigeria didn’t take into consideration those living in the region.

“The two entities that sold and bought the Niger Area, the people living there were nothing but collateral damage.”

How we quickly selected Amaka out for condemnation without first looking at what led her to say what she said only shows how deeply we hate the Igbos and are looking for any mistake to punish them.

Going through the entire saga, you will see that she didn't come online and started saying Yorubas and Benins should be poisoned, rather, she was responding to a Yoruba person who called earlier and said Igbo children should be poisoned all over the world.

Now what is her offense, and why condemn only her and leave the Yoruba bigot ?

Initially, I condemned her, but in light of what led her to say what she said , I withdraw my condemnation of her alone, and condemn the both of them....more especially the Yoruba bigot who started it all.

This is the latest defense you have for that ratchet ipob witch .

That woman had a very active decade long history of regurgitating IPOB hate rhetrioc .

She isn't a victim of hate provocation but rather an active advocate of hate as her past history has shown.

I see your works in the educational sector through the students loan nice one sir
But I believe that the educational sector is one that goes with development because so I’m suggesting a state of emergency on the education system to make Nigeria the number one destination for quality education in the world
Quality education will number 1
Boost the quality of learned and creative individuals in the society who understands their responsibilities instead of looking for the next chaos to thrive in which is a necessity for national unity and also boost sound thinking and productivity
An educated person understands, is a listener he has a quality state of thinking which is necessary for a diverse and big nation like this
Exporting quality education to the world will boost your FDI and I know you like tax so that one too and might even help stabilize the currency because now the country has something to export
They say the youths are leaders of tomorrow but not like this
If you want you can privatize it too but make sure the quality is maintaining because quality is key
I can go on listing the importance of quality education and the list will not end
Thank you for your consideration
