the lord does not raise up prophets to tell people sweet things. prophets are raised up before destruction happens so as to warn people

biafranqueen: I appeal to you as the great messenger to focus on helping people to live with Love and to stop spreading fear. When the consciousness of masses stop living in fear but live with love foe themselves and others the world as we know it will change. When we stop dividing ourselves by tribes, race, creed and color that is when we will bring heaven on earth. But as long as we keep spreading fear, hate and thoughts of destruction, that is what will continue to manifest. Also what you are putting out in the Universe comes back to you if you keep spreading fear it will return to you 10 times. Change your message focus on the good as Jesus originally did. If you keep focusing on the negative it is going to impact our life heavily because people are listening to you. This is the message, I have for you on my fasting. Let us also look at Acts 2. The Jews who had observed the Feast of Pentecost (as per Leviticus 23) for thousands of years, and now they were seeing its fulfilment. You that you speak of "shadows", there it is. It was a shadow of what was to come, and they observed it. Note, this is the reason why all those Jewish men who did not live in the land came to Jerusalem, to observe the feast as commanded.

Acts 2:6-8 "Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language. 7 And they were all amazed and marvelled, saying one to another, Behold, are not all these which speak Galilæans? 8 And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born"

So, the holy spirit came upon the Jews first, and there were Jews in Jerusalem who came to observe the feast of Pentecost. (Notice, the Jews still observe this feast, as with passover, unleavened bread, and first fruits, though they be fulfilled by christ - three more will be fulfilled at the END)

So, these Jews. What happened when they heard the word?

"37 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?"

"41 Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls. 42 And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. 43 And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles."

So the Jews believed first, and then were baptised. I have heard some people here take the phrase 'apostles doctrine' to mean they had invented some new doctrine contrary to Torah. What a load of rubbish.

Anyway I have explained the origin of your religion. Its up to you to get back to its proper roots. Or this might happen...

Matthew 7:21-23
"21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity."

So they believed. They prophesied, and cast demons. But in the end, they did not obey the commandments. They probably thought they were done away with. Sounds like many 'christians'.

shdemidemi: The Greek word used for prophesy in the New Testament is 'propheteia' signifying the speaking forth of the mind and counsel of God through scriptures.

The prophesy you are ignorantly talking about is 'propphetikos' in Greek. The Spirit of God rest on some partiicular people through whom He (God) speaks.
