🚨 WAFU-B CAF DRAMA! 😱
CAF has annulled Edo Queens’ 🇳🇬 4-1 shootout victory over Ghanaian 🇬🇭 side Ampem Darkoa and ordered the final to resume with extra time. 😳
The decision was contained in an official ruling dated September 26, 2026, by CAF’s Organising Committee for Women’s Football following a protest lodged by Ampem Darkoa over the procedure used to determine the winner of the September 5 final.
According to CAF, the failure to play extra time was the result of an erroneous administrative instruction and was not attributable to either of the participating clubs. The governing body explained that match officials had initially been informed that extra time was required if the match ended level. However, the referee was subsequently instructed to proceed directly to a penalty shootout should the scores remain level after regulation time. Ampem Darkoa formally challenged the decision, arguing that the procedure violated Articles 13.1 and 72.4 of the CAF Women’s Champions League Regulations.
The title clash is back on! 🔥🏆
What’s your take on this? 👀

Fkforyou: Then we have to act in January TW.
Omo!! The Man City charges. The whole world is waiting to see how it would pan out.
It has dragged on for too long. Yea.. We need good reinforcements in January. I already made my stance known concerning City's case. The likely punishment would be point deduction and fine. They might ban them for few TWs. Their case is interwoven with politics. |

Kog45: This is watery and this time if we failed to make it to World Cup Chelle would be held responsible...first,Okoye excused himself from Afcon, now you accepted mere club unveiling of new kits as an excused for Okoye to report late to camp having two important matches...pls can Chelle or Okoye try this with any serious football nations like Germany or France.
Yes we have the players but we failed to make it to two successive World Cup,many always saying NFF but our players attitudes need to be checked, would Chelle have accepted excuses from five of his invited players just like Okoye. Elder Kog, we shouldn't overflog this issue. Okoye making it to the camp on time doesn't affect our qualification chances especially with Stanley and Arthur in the team. |

BlueRayDick: I don't see any special in that Gibbs-White, I believe he's just a beneficiary of the English tax. Signing a player like Gibbs-White will not change our fortune in any way at all.
Maybe I rate Kroupi more than Gibbs-White, but I feel if we want to get the best let's not buy any of these overpriced players of EPL mid table teams. We can spread our search web beyond England; maybe to other European leagues or even South America sef. I actually had the January transfer window in mind when I mentioned those two. I think you made an excellent point. We should look outside. It'll be easier to get players outside the EPL in January because these EPL clubs wouldn't want to lose their stars |

I can understand criticizing Rice and Bruno for having a bad game. But 90% of Arsenal fans prolly agreed Rice, Bruno and Odegaard should be the starting midfield trio.
Skelly played against Sunderland, and then played EFL. I knew he would be rested and I was proven right whn Bruno started.
Funnily, if MLS had started against Brighton and had a bad game while we lost the game, a lot of fans would still question the coach on why he doesn't rotate.
Talmabout Arteta wants to run MLS to the ground just like Saka
BTW, Kai missing chances doesn't mean Gyokeres is better. Make both of them GTFO my club but I rather choose the devil I know. |

Shegzdave: There is a way Skelly holds that ball that it’s impossible to displace the ball off him and with the way Brighton was pressing us in the first half, he would’ve help reduced the pressure cause they will definitely foul him to collect a card to reduce their tempo You can't be so sure. He would have lost the ball a lot of time. |

Konsa didn't go long. Kai received the ball but lost it. Brighton got a corner and scored. I dare say majority of goals conceded by Arsenal are self inflicted |

It's a simple stuff. Don't give them room in front of your box. How the coaching staff and the players have not figured this out is a mystery.
And ffs, the longer Ode hold on to the ball, the more they regroup to lead a press.
Havertz the only forward player doing something decent. The others are nowhere |

chrisooblog: "Brock Lesnar" e sanu Big Vic na! Yes he's not the elite forward we thought we were getting last season but his 20 plus goals contributions can't be dismissed. Pending when we get an upgrade I think he will do well against the lesser teams when he gets back to form
In terms of areas that need strengthening I concur completely although I think our CB options are already fine with Mosquera and Konsa deputising for Big Gab and Saliba.
Eze is on a bit of a slight fraud watch for me. His output lately hasn't excited me. The guy just pack muscle. Em no sabi use am. Just watch Brobbey yesterday. One more injury and we should be looking to move on from White and Mosquera. Eze and Madueke are both on fraud watchlist. |

TheSuperNerd: Arsenal is just bullying everyone in the Prem now. It is not fair. Why did Pep have to leave now? 😂 I dont even know who is gonna challenge you guys. Let me be observing Maresca's Man City especially now that they have got in real midfield "avengers" in Enzo alongside Elliot Anderson and the intelligent young Bouaddi.
But truth be told, I think Arsenal has the scariest and most experienced midfield depth in the league.
Rice (Dark arts master) Guimaraes (Dark arts architect) Merino (Utility master) MLS Zubimendi Odegaard Eze The funny thing is this Arsenal still needs reinforcements . A goalie, 2 defenders(RB and LCB), a midfielder (AM.. Nico Paz?) and two forwards (LW and a replacement for Brock Lesnar). Finishing 2nd thrice no be beans. Those experiences would count surely. That's why it seems we're like the best team in EPL currently. Add that to the fact that Arteta is so smart and detailed. He said few days ago that he somehow incorporated unforseen issues (like late flight and so on) into the pre season activities so the players and staff would be able to cope if such issues come up during the season. |
