I'm having serious problem of acute performance anxiety.

I find it difficult to sustain or even get an erection due to anxiety as my heartbeat increases, sometimes my hands begins to shake.

But the moment I am able to penetrate, the anxiety reduces as I will now be able to maintain the erection. Though not strong enough of which sometimes not even for long.
