Hi,

I am not from Nigeria but have recently conducted some transactions with a Nigerian company. The Nigerian company used EMS to ship the items that I bought however now they're telling me they are held up by customs and that we have to pay the Customs charges to have them released. Has anyone ever heard of this practice by Customs officials? Furthermore, does anyone know the contact info for EMS in Nigeria (preferably an e-mail address and phone number? I cannot seem to load the website of the Nigeria Post Office and it doesn't look like they offer track and trace features. I do have a copy of the receipt from EMS that the vendor provided me.
