Please I want to enquire if I will need a transcript in applying for Postgraduate Diploma in NOUN, more so, how does the Semester run and probable cost I may end up incurring to secure PGD admission.

I've done my research, and I doubt that too. Sadly, there is hardly a way to confirm things like this at the school. I'll just try to request via an organization to be on a safer side.
