Dear VO,

I am both a Nigerian and a US citizen. I live in the US, and I am planning a Court wedding at Ikoyi in Lagos, and would like to know if the court wedding should be between a foreigner and a Nigerian, or between two Nigerians. I was born in Nigeria, if this helps. I will be using the certificate to file for spousal visa.
